At CpaSMSserver We aspire to make our customer satisfied with the product and services they have purchased from us. If you are having trouble with our premium product or believe in it defective or you are feeling frustrated then please submit a ticket about your defective product with full details and our team will assist you as soon as possible. For damage software or script we will request from you a screenshot or link with a support ticket to be sent to our support team.

No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:

  • Complete non-functional
  • And/or product main description was fully misleading.
    – then you do have the option to request a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in these following situations:

  • You have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
  • You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent by you.
  • The product(s) was purchased by your representative or employee from your PayPal or Payoneer account which he/she had legal access.
  • You denied giving access to our staffs to your site to explore our item you are having the issue with.
  • It has expired more than a 7 days after purchase and you even didn’t add at least one support ticket on CpaSMSserver with a real issue.
  • We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.
  • No refund will be offered for any item (even if it was bought at a regular price) while any discount offer is running on our site. Your refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.
  • CpaSMSserver offers a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In that case, CpaSMSserver has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.

  • You may cancel your account at anytime, however, there is no refund for cancellation.
  • If you get a refund (from PayPal or Payoneer) you cannot use Access products anymore but if you will get a refund in your CpaSMSserver account balance you will be able to Send another premium product by using this balance as same or low price.
  • If the product after the update is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
